Shipping / Returns

Shipping may take a lot longer than usual due to COVID19 situation. First class shipping has seen the longest delays up to 4 weeks within the US (even within the state). Please contact your local post office for details. Please understand that once the order leaves our facility, we are not able to have any control over your packages and it is not our responsibility if the shipment is lost or stolen. We are unable to process cancellations/returns due to delay in shipping before the shipment arrives to the receiver. Please choose Priority Shipping for time sensitive orders.
SHIPMENT RETURNED DUE TO UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS OR DENIED RECEIPT: For all orders shipped with free shipping that are returned due to undeliverable address provided, or denied by the receiver with any reasons, refund will be processed with shipping cost deducted from the total amount refunded. Thank you for your understanding.


All orders are shipped within 2 business days. 


All orders qualify for free FIRST CLASS shipping.

Customer may choose to have the order shipped Priority Mail. 

1-2 Items: $8.00

3-4 Items: $13.00

5-6 Items : $20.00

All international orders are shipped through Global-e via DHL Express (2-4 days)
Order confirmation emails and shipping notifications will be sent from Global-e.
Shipments returned due to unpayment of duties and taxes, undeliverable address, or unavailability of the recipient, will be charged the full shipping fee and return fee.
