PLEASE NOTE:

All orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.
We are not responsible for longer than usual shipping time with Ground/First Class Shipping as it is out of our control. It may sometimes take up to 3-4 weeks. Customers wanting to receive items sooner, please choose Priority Mail or faster more reliable service.

ALL "RETURN TO SENDER" ORDER due to receiver's unavailability or wrong addresses/info on the order will incur a restocking fee of 10%. Shipping fee is not refundable. We are not responsible in contacting the carrier for these reasons.

In the case of packages stolen, damaged or lost, please contact the shipping carrier to make a claim. We are not responsible for the items lost, damaged or stolen by the shipping carrier.

US ORDERS

USPS Ground Advantage $6 for orders below $100 (with exception of hats)

US orders over $100 qualify for free USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE shipping (usually 4-7 business days but it may take longer up to 3-4 weeks)

Customer may choose to have the order shipped Priority Mail (2-3 days).

1-2 Items: $10.00

3-4 Items: $13.00

5-6 Items : $20.00

Hats : $55 Flat rate via USPS Priority ONLY

JAPAN ORDERS

Free USPS FIRST CLASS shipping is offered for all orders over $300.

Customer may choose to have the order shipped with various methods.

USPS First Class : 15-21 Days with minimal tracking

USPS Priority Mail : 6-10 Days with tracking

UPS/DHL Express : 3-5 Days with tracking

HATS do not ship Internationally

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR GROUND/ FIRST CLASS PACKAGES TAKING LONGER THAN NORMAL. IT MAY TAKE UP TO 4 WEEKS.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Free USPS FIRST CLASS shipping is offered for all orders over $300.

Othrwise, all orders are shipped via DHL Express (2-4 days) or UPS Express (3-5 days) only.

Reasons for the return

Item needs to be mailed back within 15 days of purchase (or within 7 days of email approval).

Customers are responsible for the return postage.

Original order shipping charge is also not refundable.

Return shipments lost during transit is customer's responsibility to contact the carrier for insurance filing. We do not refund for items that are not received by us, and we are not responsible for lost packages.

No exceptions.
